Can I Buy Multiple Sets?

Yes of course you can!

Just select a pledge level and increase your pledge amount to cover the extras you want.

So for example if you wanted two Painted core sets and a painted cavern set, you should select the core set pledge. The change your pledge amount to £270 (£95 for the base pledge, £95 for the extra painted Core Set and £80 for the cavern set)

You can change the amount you pledge at any time you want to so if we reach a stretch goal that you want, you can use the manage your pledge feature to adjust the amount you need to pledge to cover the new add on.

Then at the end of the Campaign, we will send you a survey asking what sets, and pieces you are after, and its as simple as that!

Are you Compatible with X Brand of Tile already out there?

Our tiles are set on a 1 inch by 1 inch grid that is compatible not only with other terrain tile systems out there, but also with the various battle maps, flip mats and other gaming aids out there. Our Tiles are double thickness to make it easier for the tiles to integrate with the other systems out there.

Although not designed specifically to match other systems the base tiles are made from Hirst Arts molds, and therefore will fit any 1 inch by 1inch grid system.

Cant I just make these myself if i have some Hirst Arts Molds??

That’s a very good question!

Firstly we are not trying to sell the Hirst Arts bits as our own, we are selling Dungeon Terrain made from the Hirst Arts Moulds, and we are fully licensed to do so.

Secondly, the pieces we are making are solid pieces. This means we create the original from the Hirst Arts moulds, and then create our own silicone moulds of the pieces. We do this for two reasons:

1) Durability - the crossroads floor piece has 40 individual 1 inch square tiles in it. if we made the production piece out of single tiles you would have so many places that the tile could break it would eventually break. One 6 inch by 6 inch piece of plaster is much sturdier than lots of smaller pieces stuck together.

2) Production speed. To create the core set we have used over 500 individual tiles! For one core set you would need to cast up the individual moulds around 35 times to get all the pieces needed to create the pieces.

For you to make this set in all of the finishes we are offering would require you to purchase quote a few different moulds from Hirst Arts, which if thats what you want to do or already have done, we think thats awesome, as we wouldn’t be doing this with out the amazing moulds that Bruce produces, but we wanted to offer an easier and cheaper way for you guys to get your dungeon terrain.

Obviously if you already have your own moulds, you could still pledge for a core set or two and use your moulds to make accessories or additional pieces, which would also be pretty great!

Are you going to do multiple colours for the tiles?

Yes is the answer to that question.

We started with the old School Dungeon Colour and will be unlocking others as the campaign progresses.

You can choose your paint finish abd style via the survey that will be sent at the end of the campaign.

BackerKit FAQ

What is BackerKit?

BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

The BackerKit software and support team is independent from the campaign’s project team—BackerKit does not handle the actual reward shipping. For more information about the preparation or delivery status of your rewards, please check the project's updates page.

How does BackerKit work?

After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.

I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?

The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.

Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.

To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.

How do I update my shipping address?

BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.

When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?

That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.

I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?

As BackerKit does not actually handle any rewards or shipping, the best way to stay updated on the shipping timeline would be to check out the project's updates page.
