Pledge Manager Update & Fulfillment Information

Hello Everyone!
I just wanted to say thank you to everyone who has completed their pledge manager so far. 77% of you have managed to do so already which is awesome.
We still have just under two weeks before the pledge manager is closed so there is plenty of time for those of you who have not had the chance to get to it yet, so no one needs to panic just yet :)
Seeing the surveys get locked down really helps us figure out what we need to do and in what order to fulfil this project.
Now I'm not going to lie to you and say that this project has gone way beyond what I thought it would because I think as you followed along throughout the campaign you could tell that, with the updates and stretch goals that were being unlocked, but that's not at all a bad thing.
In fact, it's pretty awesome! :)
When I set up the shipping dates though I wasn't expecting to have so many painted orders, and as I am sure you can all appreciate when you hand paint things, they take a while to complete.
So here is what I am proposing for fulfilment, if I follow this plan then it will not only ensure you guy get your items painted to a high standard but will enable me to keep my sanity (or what little I have left anyway ;) )
1) Any Unpainted sets will be picked packed and sent as soon as the items arrive from our casters
2) Anyone who has a single item pledge will be next
3) Next we will process anyone who has a small pledge, then anyone who has a medium pledge and anyone who has a Large Pledge (I will define what small, medium and large pledges are when I see all of the completed surveys, but it will be based on the number of pieces in the pledge as opposed to monetary value)
4) Anyone with a huge pledge this includes the Master of the Dungeon Pledges and anyone who has added items putting their pledges up to a similar number of pieces.
5) Done!
In theory, this shouldn't affect the fulfilment date for most people as their pledges will still go out in June, but anyone who has added a large number of items to their pledge may roll over in to July along with the Master of the Dungeon pledges that are already set to go out in that month.
We will be painting multiple pledges of the same size at the same time so that we will be maximising the number of tiles we can get through in a day.
At the moment this is just a plan of how I expect things to work, and obviously, we will be keeping you all up to date with whats going on as we progress.
Also as a little side note, we have received pictures of our new display board housing, which I will be working on alongside the Kickstarter as well, and thought you guys might like to see it!
I'll post more updates on this as we go along but its a very exciting project and will look great when it's finished.
